1. Student Application, Acceptance and Contract
Upon completion and submission of the online application form for a Program of Study, your application will undergo processing. Please note that the application must be submitted in English. If your application is approved, you will receive an offer letter outlining the specific details of your Program and Start Date. Acceptance of your application will occur when you formally accept our offer by following the link provided. At this stage, a contractual agreement will be established between you and us.

Please note that while we take pride in the quality of education we provide, certificates issued by Faith Leads University may not be universally accepted by all institutions or organizations. Recognition is primarily extended by those entities that have formally recognized and accredited our university.
The university cannot guarantee the acceptance of its certificates by other institutions or organizations for purposes such as admission, employment, or other related matters. Consequently, the student acknowledges and agrees not to hold Faith Leads University liable for any adverse consequences arising from the non-acceptance of its certificates by external entities.
2. Your Right to Make Changes
Should you desire a modification to the Program for which you have applied, kindly get in touch with us. We will assess the feasibility of the requested change and inform you accordingly.
3. Our Rights to Make Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to a Course:
To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, which will not affect the delivery of a Course.
To ensure consistency with United States Higher Education sector practice and guidance, this may include renaming or improving Course materials terms to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Minor technical adjustments and enhancements may be implemented, as long as they do not impact the delivery of a Course.
In the event of more substantial alterations to a Course, we will provide prior notification of at least 30 days.
If the Course contains digital content (such as software or an eBook), we may update or require you to update digital content, provided that the digital content shall always match the original description.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may contact us to terminate the contract.
4. Withdrawal from your Program/Course
To initiate the process of withdrawing from your Program and terminating the contract with us, kindly inform us by:

5. Termination of Program
We reserve the right to terminate your Program if you provided false documents or information that is misleading or inaccurate which is sufficiently serious to have affected our offer of a place on your Program.
Fail to meet the Minimum Study Requirement or you fail to meet the requirements of the Rules of Assessment.
Have not complied with our policies or you are guilty of inappropriate conduct or are acting in a way that detrimentally affects the learning of others.
You will need the following essentials to participate in our online Courses.
Access to a PC or laptop and webcam
Headset with microphone
Ability to connect to the internet via a broadband connection.
Word processing software, for example Microsoft Word.
The above list is not exhaustive, and you may need access to additional equipment and/or software to study specific courses. If this is the case, it will be specified on our website and you will be advised of any additional requirements prior to the start of your course.
7. Learning Platform
Our learning platform supports all the major modern browsers. However, for optimum performance we recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome.

It may be necessary to reconfigure or disable these. If you are accessing the learning platform from work or in a public place you may have to contact the system administrator to do this.

The contract between you and the University, your use of this website, and any dispute that may arise from them shall be governed by and subject to the laws of the United States of America and the state of Florida.

We may transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will always tell you in writing if this happened and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under this contract.
Courses are not transferable between students.
Students must not make their online passwords available to any third parties.
Students must meet the Minimum Study Requirements in any year of study.
Courses must be completed within the Maximum Period of Study outlined in the Rules of Assessment.
This contract is between you and Faith Leads University. No Rights under this terms and conditions can be transferred or assigned to a third party.
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and the parties shall make good faith efforts to replace the severed provision with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent possible.
Regardless of any delay in enforcing this contract, we reserve the right to enforce it at a later time. Our failure to immediately insist on compliance with any obligations outlined in these terms, or our delay in pursuing action against you for breaching this contract, shall not waive your responsibility to fulfill those obligations.
