About Course
People are the most valuable asset of any profession, yet the most unpredictable, and the most challenging asset to manage. Managing people can be critical to the health of any organization; most managers don’t get the training they need to make good management decisions. This course will enable students to reflect on what makes a successful manager and the importance of leadership and effective resource management to operations, identify and implement strategies to increase their effectiveness in delivering the organization’s vision.
