About Course

The Office Administration program is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills in business and office management needed in various workplaces such as general business, legal, or medical offices. In addition, the program also trains students to develop their skills in Microsoft office, filing,  and organizing. The program prepares students to be able to handle clerical, administrative, supervisory, and managerial tasks.

Week 1: INTRODUCTION TO OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Office administration is about controlling over all the departments activities in an organization. Its a process which handles day-to-day operations of an office. This department helps other departments on their work. They do centralized work for other departments.

Week 2: MICROSOFT WORD/GOOGLE DOCS
In this week, you will learn how to format text, save and share documents, modify line and paragraph spacing, use tables and columns, and do more with your documents.

Week 3: DOING MORE WITH WORD

Week 4: MICROSOFT POWERPOINT/GOOGLE SLIDES
You learn how to use themes and background styles, add pictures and clip art, modify charts and lists, and do more to create standout presentations.

Week 5: ONLINE SAFETY
This topic will provide you with strategies, skills, and a mindset needed to protect yourself, your computer, and your privacy online.

Week 6. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OFFICE/CONTROL IN THE OFFICE

Week 7: INTRODUCTION TO GOOGLE SUITE
You can do a lot with a Google account these days, from using Google Drive to create and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to using Google Maps to find your way around.

Week 8: MICROSOFT EXCEL/GOOGLE SHEETS

Week 9: INTRODUCTION TO GMAIL AND OUTLOOK
