This course will build a foundation upon which to build lifelong learning practices for leadership development. It will explore the knowledge base and skills necessary to be an effective leader in a variety of settings. Students in this course will examine historical and contemporary leadership theories and learn to be reflective of their own leadership experiences through the lenses of those theories.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the drivers and enablers of change in their own structural environments
- Influence people with impact
- Manage change and complexity in a way that is convincing to others.
