I am certified in quality management, LEAN- Six Sigma black belt (ICBB), Total LEAN Black Belt, project management (PMP), and technology (SAP). I hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA and currently pursuing a PhD in International Leadership. I am a Chartered accountant with certification in 3 countries: Canada (CPA), UK (FCCA) and Nigeria (ACA). I have a certificate in agricultural economics from the University of Western Australia. I recently volunteered with the Kogi State Government where I was “Managing Director”, Kogi Agricultural Development Project (KADP) on part-time basis until January 2019. During my tenure, we developed agricultural policies and provided support services for over 10,000 subsistence farmers. KADP has over 400 employees, we received a “letter of commendation” from the State Government for our achievements in revenue generation in 2018. I lead a non-profit faith based foundation as a way of giving back to society (http://okatahifoundation.org). This foundation has educated thousands of children, empowered orphans, widows and many more. We currently are in the advanced stage of accreditation of a University. I possess skill sets in several areas ranging from Quality Management, Leadership, Information Technology, Soft Skills to Finance where I have over 18 years’ working experience. I am blessed with a lovely wife and 2 wonderful children.
